Refund policy
Because we sell living carnivorous plants, we handle issues case by case with the health of the specimen as the priority. Please read this policy before ordering.
- Transit damage: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.
- Incorrect item: If we sent the wrong plant or size, notify us within 7 days and we will correct the order at no extra shipping cost where possible.
- Change of mind: Living plants cannot be returned once dispatched due to biosecurity and stress. Growing supplies in unopened resaleable condition may be eligible for return — contact us first.
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, standard transit rules apply.
- Refunds: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
